Feven Addis is a Business Development Officer at Oxfam Consults, supporting the
development, coordination, and delivery of consultancy services across a wide range of
thematic areas. Based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, she works closely with consultants, technical
teams, and country offices to support proposal development, contracting, invoicing, and
compliance processes, ensuring the high-quality and timely delivery of consultancy support.
Feven brings extensive experience working with international and regional teams across
Africa and globally. Her work has involved supporting consultancy projects focused on
climate change, economic justice, gender equality, and safeguarding, as well as managing
complex administrative and financial processes for multi-country assignments. She is highly
experienced in coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing consultant rosters, and
supporting project implementation from inception through to delivery.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations and has a strong
background in business development, operations, and remote project coordination. Feven
has a keen interest in systems improvement, process efficiency, and supporting inclusive and
impact-driven work. She is particularly interested in initiatives that advance women’s
empowerment, climate justice, and equitable development, and is committed to supporting
consultants and teams to deliver high-quality, ethical, and context-responsive work.
